Fall MVHS Boys Lacrosse
Welcome to the Fall 2024 registration for 9th-12th grade male lacrosse players that live within the attendance boundaries of Mountain View High School.
To complete your registration, you will need:
- A valid/current US Lacrosse membership for High School.
- Please be aware that Mountain View Lacrosse does follow the IHSAA (Idaho High School Athletic Assoc.) guidelines, and it is required that all players submit a physical verification for the 2023-24 school year. All 9th and 11th graders, as well as new participants in any high school sport, are required to provide a physical that was completed after May 1st, 2024. 10th and 12th graders who provided physicals the previous year must provide an Interim Health Questionnaire filled out and signed by a parent/guardian. If your player does a physical for the Fall team, the physical or health questionnaire will still be valid for the spring season.
You will also need to upload the following forms:
- Concussion Acknowledgement Form
- Physical Examination and Consent Form | (FOR FRESHMEN AND JUNIORS)
- Interim Health Questionnaire | (FOR SOPHOMORES AND SENIORS)
- Player Agreement
- Photo Waiver
Ages
This program is open to players in grades 9-12. They must live within the boundaries of Mountain View High School.
When
We begin practicing on August 20. The last game will be held on October 8th.
Where
Home games will be held at Heritage Middle School and away games at various fields around the Boise area.
Practices
Team practices will be held at Gordan Harris Park on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. They will begin promptly at 4:30pm and go until 6:30pm. On Monday and Wednesday, players will have conditioning from 4:15 to 5:15 at Off the Field.
Games
We will play 6 games this season.
Jerseys
Jerseys for fall will consist of provided pennies and black shorts.
