Coach Morgan has coached various levels of lacrosse in the Treasure Valley since graduating from Borah High School. A Boise native, Coach Morgan has a love for coaching lacrosse that has kept his passion alive even with his busy life. He is married to wife Cassie and has a full time career with Costco Wholesale.  Coach Morgan’s versatility with all age groups is evident from his vast experience coaching various clubs over the years.


Coach Morgan played attack at Borah High school from 2001-2003 where he won a state Championship in 2001. He later coached U11 and U13 in Meridian before taking over as the Head JV Coach at Meridian High School.  He was promoted to Varsity Head Coach in 2008 where he coached for 2 more years. In 2009, he assisted at Timberline in their State title win where he stayed for two seasons.  In 2012 he joined the Mavericks as Varsity Assistant Coach winning his second Assistant Coaching Award. Along the way, he coached several Select teams with All Idaho, Team Idaho, and Idaho Outlaws and was the 2012 Boise State University High School Camp Director.

Devin played for MVHS for two years then started coaching in 2014 back at Mountain View as a defensive assistant helping to lead the team to a State title. He was a head coach with the Idaho Outlaws travel club at the U13 & U15 level for 2 seasons making appearances at various tournaments around the Northwest. 

Devin owns his own landscaping business that keeps him busy throughout the year.

Coach Anderson is a McCall native that has resided in Boise for the past 25 years with his wife and 2 kids.  He is a raspberry farmer and metal artist that loves to coach in his spare time.


Coach Anderson was a wrestler at McCall High School winning a state championship. Then after high school, he took his passion for sports a step further when he started coaching wrestling and judo. After his kids became active in sports, he became very interested in lacrosse when he followed his son, a goalie, to practice at Mountain View. Hooked on the high energy and fast pace of the game,  he began coaching lacrosse in 2009  and has remained a staple of the Mountain View staff.

Coach Nava has  been coaching youth sports for the past 10 years.  Having a real passion for sports his whole life, he started coaching flag football when his son was in 1st grade. He continued coaching boys football for the next 7 years. 

He first became interested in Lacrosse about 5 years ago, as a lot of the boys he coached in football started playing it.   At the youth level, he was an assistant head coach for 1 year, then head coach for 2 years.  He was also an assistant head coach for 2 years with the Outlaw traveling club lacrosse team.  Switching directions, he became the head JV coach for the girls Mountain View Maverick team, which ended with a  3rd place finish in state.

Junior Varsity Assistant Coach

Name: Chase Larson

Coach Larson is a Boise native that grew up playing lacrosse in the Valley. He played three years of  Varsity lacrosse as a midfielder and attack at Boise High School graduating in 2008. He played at the college level for Fort Lewis College in Colorado, BSU and U of I.  He coached 2 seasons previously with Mountain View's JV program earning a Championship title in 2014.

After a two year hiatus he is excited about getting back into the sport. He enjoys installing a love of the game to younger players, and watching them develop their skills. He would like to continue to be a part of the sport's growth that he has witnessed over the years in the Valley.
